Yinka Olapade is a dynamic and result-oriented finance professional, educator, and business strategist with over two decades of distinguished experience spanning accounting, corporate finance, taxation, audit, and business transformation. He holds a BA (Hons.) in Philosophy, a B.Sc in Accounting, and an MBA in Finance — all from the University of Lagos. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), a Fellow of the Institute of Criminology and Strategic Studies (FCSS), and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACIT).

As Managing Director of Password Professional Tutors Ltd, Yinka provides strategic leadership to one of Nigeria’s foremost professional training institutions. He teaches Finance and Accounting, with specialization in Financial and Strategic Business Reporting, and is widely respected for his clarity, depth, and practical insight.

His career includes notable roles such as Accountant, Accounts Payable Officer, Audit Manager, and Head of Treasury at Multi-Links Telecommunications Ltd. He also serves as Managing Partner of Yinka Olapade & Co. (Chartered Accountants) and Director of Travellon Travels & Tours Ltd.

Yinka currently serves as Vice President of the Lagos Zone of NANTA and is admired for his ethical leadership, intellectual depth, and commitment to excellence in professional development.

DR AYOZIE KINGSLEY NDUBUEZE
(FCTI, FCA).

Dr Kingsley Ndubueze Ayozie holds a Doctorate degree in Business Administration (DBA) from the esteemed Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo, Lagos, Nigeria where he is extremely well taught off. Prior to this, he bagged both a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Finance from the prestigious University of Lagos & Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the renowned Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomoso.

Additionally,he holds dual graduate degrees/certificates both in the field of Banking & Finance (BSc) & also in Accounting. Professionally, Dr Ayozie is a Chartered Accountant with fellowship awards (FCA) obtained from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria & (FCTI) from the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. Also in his Kitty is the Associateship (ACSI) certification from the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment (CISI) UK. Dr Ayozie is a co-founder & an astute Director with Password Professional Tutors Ltd (PPT). He is also the founder & the Principal Partner with the firm of Messers:Kingsley Ayozie & Co (Chartered Accountants), Lagos.

Ayozie has published widely in the global academic arena & is the author of the following well researched publications: Essentials of Corporate Strategy, Management & Ethics (CSME); Descriptive Audit & Assurance Dictionary (DAAD); Basic Concepts under Management Governance & Ethics (MGE); First Aid to Advance Audit & Assurance (AAA). Recently Dr Ayozie was bestowed with the prestigious award of Knight of John Wesley (KJW) from the premier church in Nigeria. Additionally, he has also successfully authored & co-authored some articles published in reputable journals like "The Nigerian Accountant"ie the official journal of ICAN & others. Kingsley is a regular Columnist both for BUSINESS DAY & THISDAY News (member of the Arise TV group) & features frequently on TV programs as guest on national & tropical issues.

Dr Ayozie in time past was a visiting lecturer in both the Skills’ level Audit & Assurance (AA) and Final level Advance Audit & Assurance (AAA) at the following ICAN upcountry centres under the Institute’s Students Special Project (SSP) scheme such as: • ICAN Study Centre Calabar, Cross River State. • ICAN Study Centre Kano, Kano State. In his kitty is well over two decades of post-Graduate wealth of experiences spanning through the private sector, banking, public Accountancy practice and human capacity building where he has been actively involved in facilitating technical sessions for major district societies of ICAN alongside training & re-training programmes for blue chip organisations such as NDDC & Costech (member of the Coscharis group of companies). Sir Dr Kingsley Ndubueze Ayozie is married to his adorable soulmate--Lady Dr Mrs Deborah Amarachi Ayozie-a Public Health Physician by profession & they blessed with children.

Korede salami is a graduate of Economics from Lagos state University, where he obtained BSC in economics, he is also alumni of University of Lagos, where he bagged MSC in Finance .

He is a Fellow & Associate member of the following professional bodies

• Associate Member (ACTI) – Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria [CITN].

• Associate Member (ACIB) – Chartered insurance Brokers of Nigeria [NCRIB].

Korede is currently working with Fountain Insurance Brokers Ltd, one of the leading insurance brokers in Nigeria, as the head of finance Department, he is one of the management staff of the company. He has attended several training in leadership, finance, IFRS, Corporate governance, anti-money laundering

Korede salami is a seasoned lecture in Strategic Financial management (SFM) and Performance Management (PM) with over (17) years’ experience, he facilitate for ICAN, CIS and CIBN Examinations and he also one of the resource person to ICAN at KANO/CALABAR special ICAN Centre, Korede is one the Directors and Senior Lecturer of PASSWORD PROFESSIONAL TUTORS LTD one of the leading Accountancy and finance tuition Centre in Nigeria.

He is one of the ICAN price winners, he is popularly known as FINE BOY among his students Korede enjoys watching football and playing table tennis, he is happily married to Temitope Korede-salami and blessed with three boys

MOIBI BABATUNDE M.
(ACA, B.Sc. & M.Sc.)

Babatunde Moibi is a University of Ado-Ekiti (UNAD) Accounting graduate and a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience as a practicing accountant. He is also an alumni of University of Lagos (UNILAG), where he bagged Master of Science in Finance. He is a passionate and dedicated educator of accounting courses. He is a highly skilled Lecturer and Practicing Accountant with proven experience in debt reconciliation, corporate restructuring, corporate financial management, corporate performance management, and corporate strategic planning.

Babatunde’s core experiences are in accounting, auditing, tax, financial management and lecturing of accounting students. His practice and lecturing experience are from Pison Housing Company (A Real Estate and Housing Finance Advisory Firm), BD Consult Nigeria Limited (A Public Relation Firm), Jetview Concept and Associates, Femi Ojikutu & Co (A Firm of Chartered Accountants), and Students Pye Nigeria Limited (Accountancy and Financial Tutors). He gives presentations at various times during seminars whenever he is invited.

Babatunde has extensive business management and consulting experience and he has been involved in training of professional accountancy students for ACCA, ICAN, and other accounting professional exams for over 15 years. He is presently one of the key lecturers of Performance Management, Cost Accounting and Financial Reporting in Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) and Password Professional Tutors Limited. He is a Director in Password Professional Tutors (a foremost ICAN and ACCA accredited accounting and finance tuition provider in Nigeria).
